  12. When I composed Lucid Dreaming, I hadn't actually planned on making a second 
  13. part to it.  However I quite liked the samples and wanted to explore them 
  14. further, so I decided to make this song.  It follows relatively in the 
  15. footsteps of its predecessor, but it is still a completely new and original 
  16. composition, and I think I managed a sequel which was at least as good as the 
  17. original was.  Some of you may be somewhat disappointed that I decided to  use 
  18. the same samples as the original.  And this isn't the sort of thing I'd 
  19. normally do (to quote a Pet Shop Boys song), however the samples in this song 
  20. are perhaps the best combination I've gotten in some time, so I wanted to 
  21. exploit them as much as I could.  As well, I've added a few more samples that 
  22. I quite liked and fit well within the song.
  23.      I doubt there will be a third part; two's my limit when it comes to 
  24. reusing the same sample set, since I get bored of MODs that use samples that 
  25. I've heard in a hundred other MODs.  However I am going to try and make 
  26. different and original MODs of this quality in the future; it's just a matter 
  27. of finding the right samples that not only sound good, but sound good 
  28. together; that's the key to good MOD writing.  In any event, I hope you enjoy 
  29. this latest offering.  For those that are interested, I have included in this 
  30. archive a list of all the MODs I have done to date, as well as a description 
  31. on what all this PAL and NTSC mode stuff is all about, for those of you who 
  32. are new to this, and in particular, own an IBM PC, to whom PAL and NTSC modes 
  33. are largely foriegn.  Amiga and Atari STE/TT users for the most part will be 
  34. familiar with these modes, however.  In the mean time, sit back, listen, and 
  35. enjoy.
